Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Please review the following to ensure your return is eligible.

Returns Timeframe

Returns must be lodged and sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • Free from odours (including perfume, deodorant, detergent, or smoke)

All returns are inspected. Items showing wear or odour will be rejected. If rejected, return shipping back to you will be at your expense.

One Outfit Return Per Order

Each order is limited to one full outfit return. Multiple size exchanges are permitted; however, multiple full outfit returns from the same order are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

No refund, store credit, or exchange will be issued for these items.

Buying Multiples to Return

Purchasing multiple sizes or sets with the intention of returning unwanted items is not permitted. We are happy to assist with size or style exchanges if needed.

Return Postage

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
